AGM

In November each year, VICSERV holds an Annual General Meeting, where the Committee of Management is elected. Following the AGM, members and stakeholders join us for light refreshments and networking. Our 2011 AGM and Annual Dinner took place on Thursday 17th November at the State Library.

Our 2011 AGM was an afternoon of reflection and celebration of VICSERV’s achievements of the past year as well as an opportunity to catch-up with friends of VICSERV from services throughout the state. We also had the pleasure of hearing from our guest speaker Associate Professor Dr Carol Harvey who shared her insights on the development and implementation of the recovery oriented practice framework across the mental health service system in Victoria.

Congratulations to Gerry Naughtin, Terry Palioportas, Kelvin Wilson and Chris McNamara on their re-election to the Committee of Management. VICSERV also welcomes the appointment of Cath Murphy (Mallee Family Care) and Peter Ruzyla (EACH) to the Committee.
