Chief Executive Officer
Kim Koop
Kim Koop commenced as the CEO of VICSERV in May 2008. Kim sees her current role at VICSERV as an opportunity to make a positive contribution to the health and wellbeing of people affected by mental illness.
Prior to working at VICSERV, Kim was the Program Manager for Aged Person’s Mental Health in the Eastern region of Melbourne. Kim has also managed a full range of Adult Community Mental Health services including Continuing Care, MST and CAT teams. Kim has over 30 years' experience in the provision and management of mental health, aged and disability services in Victoria.
Kim is an Occupational Therapist and has also completed a Masters in Business at RMIT. Kim is currently an Independent Director of the Quality Improvement Council, a member of the Human Services Partnership Implementation Committee (HSPIC), a member of the Mental Health Review Board stakeholder advisory group and is an active member of Community Mental Health Australia - an alliance of state and territory mental health peak bodies.
Accountant (CPA)
Noris Zarth
Noris has been VICSERV’s Accountant since October 1997. Noris came to VICSERV with extensive skills and experience in financial accounting.

Executive Assistant
Ashley Nicholls
Ashley began working at VICSERV in September 2011. His background is in business administration and his previous role was Reception and Data Officer within the community sector.

2012 Conference Coordinator
Naida Alic
Naida began working at VICSERV in April 2011 as the Executive Assistant. Naida brings with her a background in psychology, marketing and research, as well as expertise in administration and event organisation.
Naida has a BA in psychology.

Policy and Research Manager
Wendy Smith
Wendy came to VICSERV in December 2008 from a background managing social policy and planning for local governments. Wendy is the Policy and Research Manager.
Wendy has a BA (Hons) in Social Science, MA in Public Policy and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Policy and Research Officer
Anthea Tsismetsi
Commencing at VICSERV in April 2010 as Policy and Research Officer, Anthea brings to the organisation a law background as well as expertise in policy and research in the public sector.
Anthea has a BA and LLB.
Resources Coordinator (maternity leave from April 2012)
Kristie Pate
Kristie began working at VICSERV as Resources Coordinator in May 2007. Kristie has a background in working with marginalised families and young children and specific expertise in writing and editing.
Kristie has a Dip of Professional Writing and Editing and Cert III in Child Protection, Juvenile Justice.

John Katsourakis
John commenced at VICSERV in his role as Development Manager, Training in January 2009. John has specific expertise in managing, designing and delivering professional development for managers and staff.
John has a BSc, Grad Dip in PE and Recreation for the Disabled, Dip Business (Frontline Management) and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
Senior Trainer
Sue Harrison

Commencing at VICSERV in September 2010 in the position of Senior Trainer, Sue brings to her role significant experience and specific expertise within both the clinical mental health and PDRS sectors.
Sue has a BOT, Grad Dip in OT and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

Training Administrator
Stephanie George
Stephanie commenced at VICSERV in July 2011, and comes from a background in Training Administration from the Child and Family Welfare sector. Stephanie is currently studying a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in Psychology.
