The specialist mental health and related community service system is complex, with a large number of organisations with specialised interests and expertise operating in this arena. VICSERV’s key stakeholders are its members and the broader PDRS community-managed mental health services: a significant component of the specialist mental health sector.

VICSERV seeks to engage key stakeholders in the Vision and Mission of the organisation by building collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships. VICSERV will seek out and work collaboratively with a range of partners committed to the development and provision of high-quality recovery-focussed services.
