On Friday 16 December, VICSERV said farewell to CEO, Ms Kim Koop. 

Kim provided outstanding leadership to VICSERV as the CEO for eight years, bringing together and leading the mental health sector through major changes.

The VICSERV Board are currently working through the process of recruiting to the position. In the interim, the board is delighted to announce that Ms Debra Parnell has accepted the position of Interim CEO.  Debra took up this role from Friday December 16.
The board will continue the process of recruitment to the position of CEO in 2017.

Debra has been the Policy and Communications Manager at VICSERV since July 2014 and is well known to staff, members and other stakeholders.

Larissa comes to VICSERV with a degree in clinical psychology as well as clinical and leadership experience in the health and disability sector.
