Strategic Plan

The VICSERV Committee of Management (COM) developed this plan with the support and involvement of the CEO and staff. This plan builds on and articulates the organisational objectives contained in the constitution.

An environmental scan including a review of current policy was undertaken and a series of joint workshops and discussions enabled the identification of current priorities.

VICSERV has chosen a four-year planning cycle (2009 – 2012). This strategic plan outlines the key priorities at the commencement of the 2009/10 financial year. Planning for the ‘2013 and beyond’ plan will commence early in 2012 to ensure continuity and momentum.

The development of a reporting framework is a key task of this strategic plan. It is anticipated that regular member reports will be available on the VICSERV website from 2010. This plan will be reviewed and updated annually, inline with the COM financial year planning process.
