For those who do not have access to a credit card, manual registrations are available. PLEASE NOTE: your registration will not be complete until a payment is received, either by EFT, PayPal or cheque. An administrative waiting period will apply before your ticket at the conference is confirmed.

If you are paying by cheque, please mail the form, together with the cheque, to the following address:

Please make all cheques payable to “Psychiatric Disability Services of Victoria.”
If you are paying by PayPal or EFT, please state on the registration form which payment method you will be using. You can then either mail your form to the above address, fax it to (03) 9519 7022, or email it to s.george@vicserv.org.au.
Once we receive the form, we will contact you by email with specific instructions as to how to complete your payment.
PLEASE NOTE: registrations will not be processed until payment has been received and verified.
You will receive confirmation of your registration by email – please allow up to two weeks from the time you submitted your registration form and payment.
