Two Positions, Full and Part Time

Western Region Health Centre (WRHC) provides a wide range of health and community support services in the western region of Melbourne. WRHC provides support and rehabilitation services to people who experience serious mental illness through PDRSS in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

WRHC mental health services are provided in a framework of consumer participation, rehabilitation and recovery. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced worker who has experience in providing support and rehabilitation to people who experience serious mental illness.

These positions are specifically targeted toward supporting clients and their families in informal and structured groups in Brimbank, Melton, Bacchus Marsh and Sunbury. These positions are based in St. Albans and Melton.

A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience and current driver's licence are required.Wages and conditions as the SACS Award / Social Worker Class 1 $41,930 to $44,736. Salary Packaging is available.

Mental Health Outreach Worker

Western Region Health Centre

Full time or 0.8 EFT

Western Region Health Centre (WRHC) provides a wide range of health and community support services in the western region of Melbourne. WRHC provides support and rehabilitation services to people who experience serious mental illness in its home-based outreach service (WROS) incorporating CALD specific, Vietnamese & Horn of Africa, programs and Age specific, youth & older persons, programs.

WRHC mental health services are provided in a framework of consumer participation, rehabilitation and recovery. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced worker who has experience in providing support and rehabilitation to people who experience serious mental illness.

This position is specifically targeted toward supporting clients and their families in Hobsons Bay, Wyndham and Maribyrnong and is based in Footscray. A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience and current driverŐs licence are required.

Wages and conditions as the SACS Award / Social Worker Class 1 $41,930 - $44,736. Salary Packaging is available. Accrued Day Off every 4 weeks for full time position.
