The Western Education Training Cluster, Victorian Mental Health Carers Network and VICSERV worked in partnership together to design, develop and deliver the Effective Training and Presentation Skills two-day workshop. This workshop was designed to provide participants with introductory knowledge and skills in effective training delivery.

The intention of the workshop was to provide relevant theory and practical strategies to enhance the confidence of carer consultants in the area of training and public speaking.
