The Victorian Managed Insurance Agency VMIA  

VMIA lead the direction and the development of risk management in the Victorian public sector through actively setting the standards and building capability. The VMIA provides this as a free service, offering a range of training and development programs that: 

• enhance client knowledge
• are tailored to meet client needs  
• demonstrate best practice in the risk management and insurance space
• empower and equip clients with the knowledge and skills to identify and mitigate their risks.

Professional development programs offered include:

• workshops for a variety of skill levels in both regional and metropolitan locations
• executive breakfasts
• seminars
• client panel discussions
• information forums
• tailored training programs

Special Note: Training provided by the VMIA is FREE to all Community Service Organisations that receive State Government Funding.
