It publishes material About psychosocial rehabilitation and psychiatric disability support, with a strong emphasis on capturing the practice wisdom of people currently working in psychiatric disability rehabilitation and support services.

NewParadigm is Psychiatric Disability Services of Victoria (VICSERV)'s Australian journal on psychosocial rehabilitation and is published in Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
The journal is free to members and is $70 per annum for non-members.
