How do I register for training?
There are a number of ways to register for training:
- Download the form for the relevant course from our website, fill in the registration page and fax or post it back to VICSERV for processing
- Register online via our website registration page where the information will come through to VICSERV administration for processing
- Email your request to training@vicserv.org.au with your details
- Ring the VICSERV office on 03 9519 7000 and talk with our training administration staff for other alternatives
How many people come to the training?
- If our courses are run at our VICSERV office, we have a limited capacity in our training room. No more than 20 people will fit comfortably
- For larger numbers, we will book larger rooms offsite
- The minimum number of people for any training group is around eight, but this can be negotiated for special circumstances
Where is the training and how do I get there?
- Most of our training is held at our VICSERV office in Elsternwick, (click the link below for the address and map)
- If training is going to be held at an alternate venue, announcements will be made well ahead of the scheduled training date

How can I pay for training?
- Once you have registered for a training course, an invoice is normally sent to your organisation for payment, unless directed otherwise
- Credit card and EFT payments over the phone or in person are also accepted
Is this training going to suit me?
The registration form will explain the course you are interested in. If you are still unsure about anything, you are welcome to call the training administration staff at VICSERV on 03 9519 7000 for further clarification [ back to top ]Will this training be held again?
- We have core groups of training that are offered once or twice a year and then some of a more specialised nature
- We distribute a training calendar a few months in advance, which will give an indication of our syllabus for the next six months
Will food be provided?
Lunch is included in the cost for most of our full-day courses. There is always tea, coffee, fresh water and biscuits available [ back to top ]What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
- We require at least a week's notice of any changes to bookings, at the discretion of the training team
- Cancellations can be made up to two weeks prior to the date of training. After that, there is a cancellation fee of $20.00 for amounts less than $100.00 and $40.00 for amounts over $100.00
